3. Job Profile

Overall Job Description ( business purpose & important responsibilities):

· Follow production plan and ensure the materials supply to satisfy the production needs.Manage supplier scheduling process to achieve ZERO missed cases, Zero impact on MPSA.Release the short term delivery plan and long term forecast plan to overseas supplier

· Help supplier improve the vendor reliability. Monthly analyze the vendor reliability and do gap analyze together with supplier. Develop action plan to maintain 99%+ vendor reliability.

· Own related material inventory to meet inventory target.. Regularly evaluate inventory levels and safety stock setting. Monthly track and do gap analysis, develop action plan to eliminate the inventory gap.

· Follow up the Phase in Phase out Plan, Control Non-Performance inv

· As the P&G SPOC for material suppliers, Work with suppliers, GO purchasing, QA, F/A, Warehouse to streamline the information flow between supplier and P&G on lead-time, material demand forecast, supplier capacity plan, payment status, Custom Clearance and material conversion plan. Zero scrapping/airfreight during material conversion.

· Coordinate with CBL, purchasing, finance and suppliers for payment issue handling. Avoid airfreight or material supply issue for payment delay.

Qualification Required (education, critical skills, work experience, functional knowledge etc.):

· Bachelor Degree or above, with 2 years experience preferred

· Good communication skills both in Chinese and English to ensure that all the issues/changes related to supplier supply issue can be effective shared among supplier, planning team and other relative functions. Shows good negotiation skills with supplier to ensure P&G’s benefit and good relations with supplier.

· Good learning capability, willing to learn new tools or systems.

· Adequate skills in leadership which will help the Supplier Scheduler to be as the leader of total material supply chain.

· Good Problem solving skill: Drive root cause elimination, potential problem thinking and what-if simulation skill.

· Good collaboration skill, engaging and influencing skill.

· Good data analyze skills: Excel skills,SAP knowledge preferred
